Especially if you're shooting for small? It'll, at best, look like a cigarette burn. At worst, it'll be a big, raised, shiny white patch of scar tissue that looks like someone spilled hot grease on you. Not to mention the likelihood for serious infection. If you and your friend really want to permanently mark each other, design a tattoo together, or each one for the other, and wait until you're 18, and then go get them done together.
