Of course we will run out eventually, but you have no sense of the scales involved. There is more energy in the uranium in coal than there is in the coal in coal. One fuel embly (about 2 feet square and 15 feet tall) has more energy than a tanker of oil. Uranium is found in very large quantities all over the world and, as I said, there are other techniques such as thorium burning that have equal potential.

What was obvious to me based on the theoretical knowledge (that the GMO’s could be very dangerous, and the approval process in basically a joke - hopelessly weakened by lobbyists), you could back up by this rock solid piece of evidence.

You can’t store hydroelectric power either, and dams power entire cities. That doesn’t make them useless. Nuclear power only makes sense when it’s regulated correctly and when we have uranium. Which we wouldn’t for long.
