what are the problem faced by the companies having multi branding ?
if some companies have multi brands , then what are the problem faced ?
From personal experience of having worked for an organisaiton who had multiple brands I guess the main problem we faced was trying to make each brand stand out as a separate entity yet looking as part of the same organisational banner. This was quite a challenge, but if you get the marketing strategy and concepts right it can be done quite well. I think Cadbury’s and Kellogg’s are a perfect example.
