What is it called when you apply branding to a video that someone else has uploaded?

I'm developing a site and one of the functionality elements is the ability for users to upload their own videos.

I'd like our developers to design it so that when a user uploads a video, it automatically brands that video with our logo in the bottom right through, and then also adds a screen at the end with our site details.

Is it possible to do this, and if so, can it be automated or does such branding need to be manually edited?

Finally, what is this technique/branding called?
