This question is more based off those wrestlers who were "lost in the shuffle" in every single wrestling promotion they worked under. Also, these have to be the wrestlers that had the "total package" to become that main wrestler of the promotion, but was always lost in the shuffle.

Who were wrestlers that were always bound to be "lost in the shuffle" in wrestling promotions they worked for? What is the reason that wrestlers get lost in the shuffle in promotions they work for?

All detailed answers are appreciated and helpful.

There are numerous wrestlers who have been lost in the shuffle, but Mr. Perfect (Curt Hennig) is my top choice.

Mr. Perfect can only be described by his name. I know no wrestler is perfect and all have weaknesses, but Curt Hennig was probably one of the most well rounded wrestlers in wrestling history. He was capable of having classic matches with his opponents and that’s why his matches against the likes of Bret Hart, Tito Santana, Shawn Michaels, and others. Mr. Perfect was the complete package inside the ring with excellent in ring ability and the versatility to adapt quickly. He was a great mat wrestler with experience and he also executed aerial maneuvers. Mr. Perfect was more than capable of producing great matches. He was definitely the complete package inside the ring.

Curt Hennig wasn’t just an excellent in ring competitor. He had great mic skills and cut great promos. He was easily one of the more charismatic guys on the roster and he could get over with the fans whether he was a face or heel. Everyone would think that he would become large successful with charisma, character, and mic skills in the WWE, but he never became a major star. He only held mid card titles such as the Intercontinental Championship, when it was actually prestigious. Curt Hennig did often feud with the future main eventers, but he never became World Champion. He never fully main evented in the WWE. I thought he would do well in WCW, but he only became United States Champion and Tag Team champion in WCW. He was mostly lost in the shuffle despite his talent, mic skills, and charisma.

I honestly don’t understand why Curt Hennig was never pushed as a main eventer. He should have been World Champion before Bret Hart and should have eventually put over Bret Hart as the champion. He was the total package, but I think he lacked size in the WWF. At that point and time, size was important in the WWE. They mostly pushed the guys with more muscle such as Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, The Undertaker, etc. Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels are the only ones to succeed at their size in the WWF at that time. Others like Mr. Perfect, Davey Boy Smith, Owen Hart, and other talented stars never really broke out as main eventers. They were mostly lost somewhere in the mid card.

It’s difficult for me to think of someone else. Many of the wrestlers lacked something such as mic skills or charisma to get ahead. Other wrestlers like Ricky Steamboat didn’t become World Champions in WWE, but became champion in WCW. Curt Hennig is the only total package star I can think of that never really made it in any promotion despite his talent.

My family and I are booking a vacation to Disney World and we are looking for Promotion info. The Disney Vacation promotions for the $750 gift card when you book a qualified vacation end June 3rd. We will be travailing some time after June 3rd and they will not give us this promotion. They have told us there will be new promotions for vacations taking place after June 3rd 2010 but can’t tell us what they are. Does any one know what they are?

generally disney world doesn’t have any special offers between mid june and mid august.
if you were planning on going during that period you most likely will be out of luck as far as getting a special offer.
after the current promo ends most likely the next promo will be the free dining promo that usually starts in mid august. if that time and offer appeals to you that promo is usually announced and able to be booked in mid april.

see mid june to mid august is a very popular time for disney world since many families go there for their summer vacation. since people are already going to go during that time disney doesn’t have to entice them with a good deal.

MOUSE YOUR WAY TRAVEL is giving you a line of BS when saying that if you book directly through disney they won’t rebook your reservation with any new promotion codes. THEY WILL! and any other travel agent will to.

The promo was tagged as "Thanks For Contributing To Our Financial Success", Mrs. Amelia Hunts of Yahoo promotions Office (UK) sent me the Reference number, Batch number, Registered Lottery Number and Confidential Order Number. The email has a Yahoo finance logo, How can I confirm this email?

you erase that message because it is obviously spam and you shouldn’t trust schemes like that

I have a potential job with Absolute Security (a dealer for ADT security systems) in their Promotions Department. I only got vague answers when asking what the actual job is. It starts with 2 days of paid training, at another location. Does anyone know, for sure, what I would be doing if I choose the job.

I would get in touch with them and get a better answer as to what the job is before I took it but it sounds more like sales to me

I have an interview at 4ward promotions. and i would like to find out more about what do they do? are they just door to door sales? or something more?

The fact that you have an interview and don’t know what they are says it all. They seem to convince prospective "employees" that they can earn big money - but in fact you become part of a "team" which spends approx 10 hours each day selling to the public on pre-arranged pitches. You get NO PAY, just commission and you have no expenses assistance for all the travel you are required to do. They make you sign a "contract" saying that you are basically self-employed.
The one thing they Do offer is a bit of "training" and some encouragement. Other than that - it’s up to you. So far I’ve earned £15.00 in 3 days. Hmm!!

I am doing a project writing a paper for advertising on sales promotions. I just need 3 companies with promotions can you guys give me some major sales promos. So far i have subway with the $5 footlongs, cash for clunkers and nothing else.

What’s so hard about watching other promotions? It’s not that hard at all. What’s the actual reason for fans not wanting to watch other promotions? Please, don’t even say it’s because you don’t know the wrestlers because it’s the same case scenario when you first started watching the WWE. It seems like some fans just get pleasured and hard off blood, so why not watch CZW or something? At least, they’ll fulfill your destiny of getting pleased.

I hear what you are saying,I don’t care for blood unless it has a purpose in the match.I watch TNA every week,while i see a bit of WWE(i am finding hard to sit though WWE nowadays).I am Hooked To Pro Wrestling NOAH.

Many Fans are to lazy to sit though matches that go 25-30 minutes(like in noah or ROH)in WWE you get 5-10 minute matches.And Right now WWE is the top promotion in the world,and Many people in this section are like sheep,whatever is on top people will love it.

Look say Tomorrow TNA becomes the top Promotion in the world,everybody will say how TNA is awesome and will say WWE sucks.people on this section are just like sheep

Hi, please dont waste any more of your time with them! (in my opinion of course before you all jump down my throat!) google them, search them on sheff forum and you can read the low down. They operate under loads of other names and are a door to door pyramid type sales company who offer no set wage just commission. They suggest you become self employed and declare your income but if you did it would work out a lot less than minimum wage when you find out the hours involved walking door to door. They also neglect to mention in the interview that not declaring self employment and paying tax in illegal though that is obvious. They instead tell you how in just 6 months you could be earning 30k a month. If so would YOU still be sat in a poorly decorated office at the bottom of the moor wearing a cheap suit and a roolex watch!? lol
I pointed these things out to the smug bloke who interviewed me a couple of years ago and all he could say that his watch was real! lmao
Any how, up to you but those are my experiences with Rapture promotions aka cobra group aka ACD, Rapture, Vanilla, Niarchos, Blaine, Mike, DS-MAX, Appco, Pinnacle, Rudge, Marketing, The Cobra Group, Sheffield, UK South Yorkshire Nationwide and so on and so on………………………………………… ….

I really like what they did. They have daily updates and discounts on many luxury brands. You can also list by brands or list all brands they have.
