The importance of segmenting is uncontested, but should we segment the targeted audiences only by demographics, etc., as we can learn from most of the marketing literature? No!

The previous video; Market Segmentation (1) demonstrates how we can segment our customer-base by “the book” as well as by loyaly (Data-base Marketing) and includes the understanding that there are several levels of segmenting the demand as the person who buys the product is unnecessarily the one who pays for it nor the one who consumes it.
