Thanks for the ...
Thanks for the comments... It is definitely a YMMV thing. I am typically someone who would rather eat food less processed than more, so Dreamfields is very rare occurrence for me. There are so many other ways to enjoy that pasta experience -- shirataki noodles, spaghetti squash, faux rice, etc.

Re: Dream Fields ...
Re: Dream Fields pasta. I've noticed many people react differently it terms of blood sugar spikes and stalling weight loss. I would suggest poeple considering adding it to their diet should closly moniter their blood sugar levels in conjunction with Ketosis strips, to see how it affects you.
P.S. Love your videos.

My problem is that ...
My problem is that personally they seemed like crutch or too much like my former way of eating. For me if I have a portion control problem, I would rather have it with something like nuts than SF Chocolate. If you can handle the portion control problem and the GI problems don't bother you, you can certainly try them.

Anything (convenience or treat food) that was going to possibly derail me I ate with a high degree of evaluation. It just wasn't worth it.

Sugar free candy ...
Sugar free candy isn't all that bad. I'd know I'd rather feel guilty having too many sugar-free chocolates than too many regular chocolates. My sister would have constipation problems, and the chocolates helped here where many other remedies wouldn't. Still not something to eat if you have plans for the day.

Thanks for your ...
Thanks for your comments. I am glad people find the videos helpful.

Zero net carbs for both since both are sweetened by liquid aspartame (no fillers). I prefer Splenda sweetened drinks just because of aspartame taste and some people's negative reaction (stall) to it. If it doesn't affect you, feel free to drink it (up to 3 cans or servings per day).
