When will these HIIT marketers REALIZE in exercise vs diet , DIET wins EVERY SINGLE TIME?

When do you think they will realize that you can pound down HUNDERS UPON HUNDERS of calories in only 5 minutes and even running steadily full speed will not burn ANYWHERE NEAR the calories you just consumed?

SOME Cardio exercise is neeeded for health but for FAT BURNING it is extremely over rated and can be out done VERY VERY easliy.

when hell freezes over.

diet and exercise are equally important, depending on what you are trying to do.

    HIIT uses your fat as the main source rather than the carbs you just ate. A diet makes up around 75% of your health but not a lot has at least a half decent diet out there. Also HIIT is used for around 15 minutes, some go for as much as 20.

    Who said you can "pound down HUNDERS UPON HUNDERS of calories"? Assuming you have your diet in order (which is necessary for any type of effective weight loss), HIIT should work very well for most people! And from what I’ve read, it’s more likely that athletic people would be doing this to improve their body composition, not obese people thinking it’s a quick way to weight loss.
