Does Amazon send you any kind of junk mail or promotions in the email when you start purchasing things there?

What I’m asking is that does Once you start buying things from Amazon,do they start sending you things in the mail OTHER than what you actually bought. Like promotions or junk mail or whatever.

Nope. I’ve been buying from Amazon.com and Amazon.ca for nearly 10 years, and the worst I’ve ever got was a little flyer in one of my boxes which had books I purchased from them. They will use your purchases to make recommendations on their website too (the first page you see when you log in), and I’ve actually found these helpful. But no selling your name to anyone else or sending you stuff in the mail or through email.
