What are the different promotions for Pokemon Black & White?
My son wants to buy Pokemon Black & White when it comes out on 3/6. Does anyone know the different retail promotions that are being offered? What kinds of freebies or gifts are the stores doing so people will buy it from them. Target has a $5 gift card if you pre-order. Anyone know any others?
The only place I read that there’s going to have a promotion when you pick up the game is Toys R Us. You get a window cling.

[Edit]: I recieved a Game Stop Email newsletter claiming that if you pre order the game, at pick up you can get a free Celebi (it does not say it will be included in-game, if it’s a download file or anything like that) it’s kind of useless since you can get Celebi by Mystery Gift (WiFi) soon.
Well, it is 5$ everywhere you go to preorder it (gamestop, target, etc.)

I remember being a teenager, a bloody teen and playing this game. I was a great player, and all but the reality is that Nintendo, knew the gamepak ( Gold and Sliver ) was going to die, early so they dropped support. All of that time, I could have been having sex with playgirls, even play baseball, I could have even did something usefull like drop the weight I needed to compete against other guys in the world. Even go to an martial artists place.
I am not going diss videogames, I am not saying one or the other is better then the rest. All I am saying is that we Americans do not read for shit, we don’t study enough, or parents are childlike, and nobody breaks the chain. I am not saying that anybody is doomed, all I am saying is the world is ganging up against US of A, and nobody cares. Do everybody a favor and give your son something that will be resourcefull then a head full Clambo’s Cloysters and Klaptraps.
Seriously you asking random people for money support on what has the better offers. I could go on forever talking about the reality of videogames, but seriously your going to hang on to what is now a two fare bus ride????????

Gamestop stores usually have game related promotions where they give out incentives on the game. for example, extra characters, items, or abilities otherwise unattainable. that would be a good incentive for your son.
For you as a parent, if you go to a gamestop, they let you trade in your son’s used games, acessories, and even certian electronics such as old cell phones for credit off your new purchase.

Well I know that that in gamestop some pre orders themselves like Platinum when I pre ordered came with a free figure as well as Soul Silver and they discount the the strategy guide to i think its by $2 only though but id rather pay $18 or $19 with everything and taxes, then pay like $22.
